All prices listed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost.”

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. Ownership of the products passes to you only when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Standard Cancellation: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the Site for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as pillows or duvets once the packaging has been opened, unless the items are faulty.

8.1 Manufacturer Guarantee

Certain products, such as our mattresses, come with a specific manufacturer guarantee (e.g., 1 year to 5 years). This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and material faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, or misuse.

The warranties provided in these Terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, Dreamoria shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
