Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased, including mattresses, pillows, duvets, protectors, or bedding accessories. Your statutory rights are important to us. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@dreamoria.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the defect or damage. If, after assessment, the product is found to have a manufacturing fault or to have arrived damaged, we will provide repairs or a replacement in accordance with our warranty.
